HOW IT WORKS

-In a preliminary virtual 15 minutes conversation we will briefly overview your wellness habits to prepare an experience that fits your needs and your health goals. During our call, we will discuss pricing and schedule our appointment in a convenient location in Central Park. 

-When payment will be received, your appointment will be confirmed and I will get ready for our event!

-Once in the park, we will learn how we can give our body what it needs to thrive and we will explore the fundamental principles of mindfulness and how our body responds to stress and relaxation. 

I will guide you through a series of meditations designed to cultivate present moment awareness, body scan techniques, and loving-kindness practices. Then, we’ll discuss tangible ways to integrate peaceful mindfulness moments into your daily life, extending the benefits of our practice beyond our time in the park.

For the light within us to shine brightly, we'll need sunshine on the day of our experience in the park. If the weather is bad, we will reschedule our appointment at your earliest convenience.
